  • Moksha

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Power Flow

    A challenging and dynamic flow class inspired by Baron Baptiste. We flow through postures and integrating more advanced postures into the practice. Some experience suggested!

  • Restorative

    This form of yoga is intended to restore the nervous system, relaxing and renewing the body. Postures are supported by blocks, straps, bolsters and rollers to a state of wakeful relaxation.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Yang Yin

    Fusing the flow of the active yang-style from the Moksha Flow classes with some juicy stretching from yin yoga.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Practice Teach

    FREE class!! Our new yoga teacher trainees need to practice teaching. These free Moksha classes are offered in exchange for the experience in practice that is gained by the teacher-in-training.

    Breath and movement that compliments our regular series for expecting mothers.

  • Kids Yoga (Age 3-6)

    A fun combination of creativity and yoga! An hour class fused with fun imagery and animal sounds in the postures as well as playing games! Parents welcome

  • Kids Yoga (Age 7-11)

    An energetic practice designed to promote strength and flexibility, reduce anxiety, improve concentration and enhance a positive self image. All levels welcome.

  • Release the Beast

    The first portion of the class is a smooth, breath inspired flow – the second half is self massage on lacrosse & tennis balls!

  • Flo/Fly!

    A sequence built on the structure of a Moksha Flow offering inversions, arm balances and transitions to advanced/playful postures! it is super fun, come give it a try! *Not heated

  • Slow Flow

    Slow Flow yoga is a mindful flow that practices slowing down by emphasizing on a slow and steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently with the ability to move deeper into one’s body and self.

  • Yin & Tonic

    The Hot Yin: Yin Yoga is focused on gaining flexibility in our bodies. You will be able to take extra time in the poses to gain a deeper stretch. The Tonic: Alongside your teacher, a massage therapist is present to incorporate massage and adjustments that will help deepen your practice.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    Strengthen the body to flow with ease. Yoga Sculpt is a series of repetitive motions and flows concentrating on alignment and muscle strengthening to tone the body with resistance bands and gliders and bring added support to your existing yoga practice. Expect full body movement, fun and as usual, a lot of sweat.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
