  • Moksha

    A series of postures specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. Suitable for all levels.

  • Moksha Flow

    An invigorating and accessible vinyasa style class. Emphasis on the connection between the movements of the body linked to breath, to assist in deepening your practice.

  • Power Flow

    A challenging and alignment based vinyasa style class focused on linking the breath, mind and body. Classes are built with intelligence towards a peak posture or theme. Suitable for students who are comfortable with the Moksha Flow sequence.

  • Restorative

    This form of yoga is intended to restore the nervous system, relaxing and renewing the body. Postures are supported by blocks, straps, bolsters and rollers to a state of wakeful relaxation.

  • Yin

    Yin is both a gentle and challenging practice. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. Suitable for all levels.

  • Yang Yin

    This class is all about balance. The first half of class is an invigorating flow sequence, followed by a Yin style extended floor series to truly and fully recharge your body.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training. $5 drop in or class passes apply. Suitable for all levels.

  • Karma Class

    A donation-based class. All proceeds support great local and global initiatives. The karma classes are rooted in the Moksha series. $5 suggested donation.

  • Practice Teach

    Free Class! Our new Moksha teacher trainees need to practice teaching. These free Moksha classes are offered in exchange for the experience in practice that is gained by the teacher-in-training.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    Breath and movement that complements our regular series for expecting mothers.

  • Kids Yoga (Age 3-7)

    A fun combination of creativity and yoga! An hour class fused with fun imagery and animal sounds in the postures as well as playing games! Parents welcome

  • Kids Yoga (Age 8-13)

    An energetic practice designed to promote strength and flexibility, reduce anxiety, improve concentration and enhance a positive self image. All levels welcome.

  • Release the Beast

    Inspired by the creative Schuyler Grant of Kula Yoga – Incorporate props to release release pain and tension. Class will start with a smooth flow and end on the ground, a lot like a yang/yin! Come exorcise those demons!

  • Flo/Fly!

    This dynamic class is based on the Moksha Flow structure and offers inversions, arm balances and transitions to advanced postures! Get ready to fly!

  • Slow Flow

    Slow Flow yoga is a mindful flow that practices slowing down by emphasizing on a slow and steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently with the ability to move deeper into one’s body and self.

  • Yin & Tonic

    The Hot Yin: Yin Yoga is focused on gaining flexibility in our bodies. You will be able to take extra time in the poses to gain a deeper stretch. The Tonic: Alongside your teacher, a massage therapist is present to incorporate massage and adjustments that will help deepen your practice.
