We want to invite you to join us for our first Nutrition Seminar, Nutrition 101. The seminar will cover the basics of nutritional information and the path to support change. We will be diving into macronutrients and identifying strategies that can work for YOU. We’ll be tackling some common challenges such as how to navigate “information overload” and “diets” while building healthy habits that can be implemented into your lifestyle, in order to start taking some more meaningful action. Following the seminar, we will be launching a “30-day challenge program”. This program will have limited capacity and will be on a first-come, first-served basis so be sure to reserve your spot!
