Yoga for Desk Workers
In this workshop, Dee will share tips and tricks to help correct postural issues caused by sitting at a desk for a long period of time. You’ll address Anterior Pelvic Tilt (which is often the cause of low back pain) and Forward Head Position (which is often the cause of upper back and neck pain). The class will start with a short theoretical presentation, then will proceed through a yin-like stretching sequence to loosen tight muscles to a yang-like strengthening sequence to strengthen opposing muscles.
